We deliver to the nominated destinations at the nominated times. Collection of these packages is the responsibility of the consumer.
The ice gel packs in the esky will keep the meals at a safe temperature until collection. It is the responsibility of the consumer that deliveries are to be collected within 3 hours after the nominated drop off time. Meals are to be refrigerated immediately after opening of the esky. Tick Tock Nutrition will not be liable for any damage to the product if these terms are not adhered to.
It is advised than any seafood products be eaten in the first 3 days after delivery. Any meals not eaten within 5 days of delivery should then be frozen to be consumed at a later stage.
Due to the nature of our business Tick Tock Nutrition will require a minimum of 24 hrs notice prior to order cut off if you intend to cancel your order. This can be done by calling our team on 0266811118. Any cancellations made after this will not be entitled to a refund, and will still be charged.
It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at time of ordering. If you enter the incorrect address Tick Tock Nutrition is not obligated to re-send the order to the correct address at a cost to us.
If you are not at hoem at the time of delivery we will leave the ice box at the address supplied, in a cool shaded area if possible. The ice packs in the box allow it to be left in cool conditions for up to 3 hours. It is the customers responsibility to attend to this before the specified time frame lapses.
