Coaching Team

  • Dylan Cartwright

    Dylan was born and bred in Darwin, Northern Territory.  He started in martial arts and after 10 years got his ‘first dan black belt’.  

    From there he transferred into playing rugby league. Dylan made the NTIS and local/state representative sides and was selected to go away with AIS Rugby League Squad to travel to France, England and Wales. 

    Once he returned, Dylan contacted a coach and manager, moved to Cronulla and worked his way into the Toyota cup side and then had the opportunity to play in the NSW cup at 18/19.

    After a year with the squad he decided to move to Qld. In Qld he played with the Tweed Sea Gulls for a couple of years before transitioning out of construction and into PT. The hours of PT/Coaching meant Dylan had to stop footy altogether. This is when he got into calisthenics, weight lifting and also doing a couple of bodybuilding competitions.

    Since becoming a coach Dylans’ main priority and focus has been towards his clients and business but was able to go on the first show ‘Australian Spartan'(channel 9) to finish every obstacle but unfortunately he raptured his ACL in the semi-finals. Since having the operation and then completing rehab he has been focusing on coaching and constantly growing.

  • Lauren Nash (The Fight Dietician)

    Lauren is deeply passionate about assisting athletes in comprehending how to optimize their performance and health by fueling their bodies effectively, both on and off the field.

    In her capacity as a Performance Dietitian (APD), she engages in this mission every day. Working with a diverse range of clients, from casual enthusiasts to professional athletes across various sports, Lauren utilises her expertise to help them enhance their health and physical capabilities.

    Lauren's approach to her practice is shaped by her extensive background in sports, complemented by a profound education and understanding of nutrition science and exercise physiology. She takes immense pride in her work with athletes and applies her nutrition principles to her daily life, striving to continually improve as a dietitian for the benefit of others.

How do I register & enter the Challenge?
You can register directly through our website.
How much is the challenge?
The registration fee for the Tick Tock Kickstart Challenge is $40/week.
When is it?
You must pay and register before 5pm Monday Feb 24th.
What do I get if I join the challenge?
As part of your registration you will receive access to the Tick Tock Fitness App, a customised Nutrition Plan, a Workout Program, guidance on relevant supplements and personalised feedback and motivation along your journey.
How are the winners chosen?
Winners will be chosen with our team of dietitians, personal trainers and a group of podcast royalty.
What are the prizes?
Main prize is 2 tickets to the Podcast Royale 2.0 (or cash equivalent if you already have tickets). Other prizes to be won during the challenge:
